OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

		VERTICAL ATTACHMENT is of special design, mounted from top of the column with power transmitted through gears, with this design. No vertical space is wasted while using Vertical Attachment.

		RACK CUTTING ATTACHMENT is useful for cutting racks on Milling machine. The head is graduated.

		SLOTTING ATTACHMENT is of sturdy design and is having adjustable stroke upto 3", useful for small keyway cutting.
		MILLING ADAPTORS AND COLLETS are manufactured from suitable case hardening steel, carburised, hardened and tempered and ground to close tolerance as per international standards. Collets are made out of suitable spring steel property heat treated and finished to desired accuracy. They are available in MT and ISO series. Collets are availableⁱⁿ metric 3 to 25 mm rising by 1 mm and inenglish 1/8" to 1" rising by 1/16".

		UNIVERSAL DIVIDING HEAD can be used for indirect and differential indexing and all divisions arranged from 2 to 400 including the prime numbers. Head stock can beswivelled through 110 degrees. Worm and Worm Wheel ration is 1:40 accurately generated and securely mounted on the spindle. These are equipped with three indexing plates a set of eleven change gears, centre. Centre Height 150 mm.

		ROTARY MILLING TABLE is graduated 360 degrees on a level skirting to facilitate easy reading, can release worm for rapid indexing. Turntable can be rigidly locked in any position. Micro dialling is arranged for minute reading by a cap which also covers the indexing plate sector from the dust. Dia. 300 mm.

		UNIVERSAL MILLING MACHINE VICE swivel model is made of high grade casting. Hardened and ground steel jaw plates fitted, totally enclosed screw with square head hardened operating in phosphorbronze nut, swivel base. Graduated to 360 degrees. Available in 100, 150, 200 mm sizes.

		UNIVERSAL INDEXING FIXTURES is having swivelling and tilting arrangement. Suitable for working at desired or compound angle on any machine. Indirect indexing by worm and worm wheel. Direct indexing by easy disengagement from worm and worm wheel. Worm dial hard chrome plated for wear andcorrosion resistance.Available in 110 mm dial § of true chuck and chucks OToo360 degrees and chucks tilting 0 to 90 degrees.

		MICRO BORING HEAD fulfills the deficiency of special type of machines by converting your milling machine. Radial drill or lathe machine. Available in different types of shanks i.e. morse and international standards. Boring capacity with standard boring bars from 15 to 320 mm.
